CEO, PepsiCo Europe

Zein Abdalla is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe, a unit comprising all PepsiCo food and beverage businesses in continental Europe and the United Kingdom and generating $9.4 billion in annual revenues. He has led the business since September 2008, having previously led PepsiCo's continental Europe operations for three years.

Mr. Abdalla is a 31-year veteran of the consumer goods industry whose responsibilities have spanned Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. He joined PepsiCo in 1995 and has since held a variety of senior positions. Prior to assuming responsibility for the combined Europe food and beverage businesses, he served as General Manager for the Europe beverage business unit, General Manager of Tropicana Europe and Franchise Vice President for Pakistan and the Gulf region.

Over that time he has led both new and developed businesses and overseen a number of acquisitions designed to broaden the company's geographic footprint and build its presence in key growth segments such as nuts and seeds and juices.

Previously he worked for Mars Incorporated in engineering and manufacturing roles, as well as in sales, marketing and human resources. He was also General Manager for Mars' Mid-East Division.

Mr. Abdalla serves on the board of the CIAA, the European food and beverage association, and is Vice President of UNESDA, the European beverage association.

A British national, Mr. Abdalla holds a BSc (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London University.

Mr. Abdalla is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

CEO, PepsiCo Asia, Middle East, Africa

Saad Abdul-Latif is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo's Asia, Middle East and Africa Division, comprising all PepsiCo food and beverage businesses in the region and generating nearly $6 billion in annual revenues. He has led the business since September 2008, having previously led for five years PepsiCo's South Asia Middle East Africa business and, earlier, its Middle East Africa unit.

As CEO of the AMEA Division, Mr. Abdul-Latif is responsible for a territory that spans more than 100+ countries and is home to more than half of the world's population. A 28-year PepsiCo veteran, he has held a wide range of international roles in the corporation's food and beverage businesses since joining the company in 1982. Among his roles, he has served as General Manager for PepsiCo beverages in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan, Area Vice President for the Saudi Arabia and Gulf region, Group Vice President for Frito-Lay Middle East and General Manager for the Middle East region.

Mr. Abdul-Latif is an active supporter of education causes. He sits on the board of PlaNet Finance, an organization which fights poverty through the development of microfinance, and is the former chairperson of World Links–Arab Region, which leverages information and communication technology to educate youth in developing countries.

Mr. Abdul-Latif holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona and a BA in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Mr. Abdul-Latif is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer

Mitchell (Mitch) Adamek is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for PepsiCo. In this position since January 2006, he is responsible for leading the purchasing function worldwide for all PepsiCo divisions along with the Pepsi-Cola anchor bottlers (The Pepsi Bottling Group, PepsiAmericas and Pepsi Bottling Ventures) and the United States-based independent bottlers. Mr. Adamek is also responsible for PepsiCo's minority supplier diversity initiative, a commitment to purchase from a supplier base representative of our employees, consumers, retail customers and communities, which is an integral part of PepsiCo's mission.

Mr. Adamek's career with PepsiCo began in 1989 as an Area Human Resources Manager. In 1994, he joined Procurement holding various Packaging Procurement roles before being promoted to Vice President Global Procurement Worldwide Packaging in 2002.

Prior to PepsiCo, he worked for USG Corp in Human Resources positions for six years.

He attended the University of Toledo, where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, PepsiCo

Salman Amin was appointed Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, PepsiCo in August 2009. Mr. Amin is responsible for driving integrated sales and marketing strategies for PepsiCo's global customers and leading its international marketing agenda for beverages and foods.

He was previously president of PepsiCo United Kingdom and Ireland, where he was responsible for snack foods (Walkers), breakfast cereals (Quaker), and fruit juices (Tropicana & Copella). Prior to this role, Mr. Amin was Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo International.

Mr. Amin joined the company in 1995 as Vice President - Marketing for Pepsi-Cola International, and subsequently worked in various PepsiCo divisions, including Frito Lay International, as Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, and PepsiCo Corporate, as Senior Vice President of New Platforms.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, he worked at Procter & Gamble for 10 years. At P&G, Mr. Amin held a variety of brand management positions working on hair care, paper, as well as food and beverage businesses in the United States, Germany, Middle East and Asia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.

President, North American Functional Beverages

Rich Beck was named President, North America Functional Beverages for PepsiCo Americas Beverages in August 2008. In this position, Mr. Beck will lead the Sales, Supply Chain and Operations organizations supporting the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses.

Previously, Mr. Beck was Executive Vice President of PepsiCo Chicago. He was responsible for PepsiCo Chicago's 8,000+ employees in sales, supply chain, manufacturing and distribution efforts across the United States.

Prior to being named EVP of PepsiCo Chicago, Mr. Beck spent 15 years with Frito-Lay North America (FLNA). In his roles at FLNA, he drove productivity and environmental sustainability efforts across Frito-Lay's world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system.

Before joining PepsiCo in 1993, Mr. Beck spent 12 years at General Electric.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Beverage Association and serves on the Chairman's Advisory Council for the Grocery Manufacturers Association.

Chief Marketing Officer and President, Joint Ventures, PepsiCo Beverages Americas

Jill Beraud was named Chief Marketing Officer and President, Joint Ventures, PepsiCo Beverages Americas in July 2009. Ms. Beraud is responsible for PAB's marketing efforts in both North America and Latin America, as well as PepsiCo's beverage joint ventures in North America, including its category-leading partnerships with Unilever in ready-to-drink teas and Starbucks coffee.

She was previously PepsiCo's global chief marketing officer with responsibility for developing global brands and marketing strategies for PepsiCo's $40-billion portfolio of food and beverage brands to drive long-term growth and innovation around the world.

Prior to her role at PepsiCo, Ms. Beraud spent 13 years at Limited Brands, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of Victoria's Secret. During her tenure there, she played a key strategic role in helping to build that business from $1.5 billion to over $6 billion in sales with a powerful global brand image. Ms. Beraud also served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Limited Brands' broader portfolio of specialty brands including Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, Henri Bendel, Express, Limited Stores and Victoria's Secret. In recognition of her innovative thinking, Ms. Beraud was selected by the founder, Chairman and CEO of Limited Brands to be a member of his 12-person Creative Team, which was charged with developing new and innovative brand concepts across the specialty retailer's businesses.

Ms. Beraud began her career at Procter & Gamble where she quickly rose through the brand management ranks, managing multiple brands in the food and beverage sector. She later led the Global Brand Equity practice of an international management consulting firm as well as founded a New York City advertising agency with clients that included Air France, Equinox Fitness and Nikon.

Ms. Beraud received a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University. She currently serves on the leadership advisory board of the Wharton School's Global Consulting Practice and is on the board of governors for World of Children.

Ms. Beraud is based in Purchase, N.Y.

President, Tropicana Beverages North America

Neil Campbell is President of Tropicana Beverages North America, the beverage business that integrates all of PepsiCo's North American juice businesses into one operating unit.

Prior to being named Tropicana president in December 2007, Mr. Campbell had enjoyed an extensive 15-year PepsiCo career. He joined the Walkers marketing function in 1993 and held a variety of roles before moving to the Netherlands as Vice President - Marketing. He assumed leadership of the Walkers Marketing function in 1998, and then added expanded responsibilities to include Tropicana and Quaker in 2003.

In July 2005, Mr. Campbell stepped into the role of General Manager for Walkers and led the business through an incredibly challenging period. He is one of the U.K.'s most accomplished marketers, having co-owned the hugely impactful Gary Lineker advertising campaign, authored Walkers' push into evening snacking and championed Walkers Crisps' groundbreaking entry into healthier snacking and sustainability. Under Mr. Campbell's leadership, Walkers has become one of Britain's biggest grocery brands.

He is a graduate of Cambridge University where he studied law. He also holds a barrister at law qualification from the Middle Temple, which is responsible for the training and regulation of barristers in England and Wales.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Frito-Lay North America

Albert (Al) P. Carey is President and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo's Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) division. In this position, Mr. Carey leads the snack and convenient foods business, PepsiCo's most profitable operating division and the company's largest North American business. He was appointed to his current position in June 2006.

Previously, Mr. Carey served as President of PepsiCo Sales, responsible for PepsiCo's sales and customer management for retail, foodservice and fountain businesses. In this role, he was the architect of PepsiCo's successful "Power of One" cross-divisional strategy, leveraging the combined strengths and capabilities of all its businesses under a unified approach to customers.

Mr. Carey was previously Chief Operating Officer for PepsiCo Beverages and Foods. His previous positions include Senior Vice President of Sales and Retailer Strategies and Senior Vice President of Sales for Pepsi-Cola North America, with responsibility for Pepsi's sales organization, the Fountain Beverage Division and management of its bottler community. Mr. Carey joined Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) as Director of Trade Development. He held a broad range of positions at Frito-Lay, including Vice President of National Sales, Vice President/General Manager of Foodservice, Division President of Frito-Lay West and Chief Operating Officer of North America.

Before beginning his career at PepsiCo, Mr. Carey spent seven years in sales at Procter & Gamble.

He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Mr. Carey is a member of the Board of Directors of Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, and is also a member of the University of Maryland's Board of Trustees, and the Smith School of Business Dean's Advisory Council. He is also on the Board of Corporate Advisors to the National Council of LaRaza and the Advisory Council of Portland State University's Food Industry Leadership program.

Mr. Carey is based in Plano, Texas.

John C. Compton Photo

John Compton

CEO, PepsiCo Americas Foods

John Compton is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF), which has a food and snack portfolio including Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods and PepsiCo's Latin American food businesses. In addition, he has responsibility for PepsiCo's Power of One Retail Sales teams. John has been CEO of PAF since November of 2007.

John was previously Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America and, prior, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Quaker Tropicana Gatorade. John also worked in Frito-Lay for 22 years in various sales, marketing, operations and general management assignments, including Vice Chairman and President of Frito-Lay's North American Salty Snacks Division, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales.

John graduated from and is a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Tennessee. He is PepsiCo's Executive Sponsor for both the Ethnic Advisory Boards and the North American Women's Networks. John served on the Board of Directors of the Pepsi Bottling Group prior to PBG's merger with PepsiCo in 2010.

Mr. Compton is based in Purchase, New York.

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Robert L. Dixon is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer - PepsiCo. Mr. Dixon is responsible for PepsiCo's Business + Information Solutions, the global function that comprehends all information technology, enterprise business transformation, and includes a major initiative with SAP, a top strategic priority for PepsiCo. He joined PepsiCo in 2007.

Mr. Dixon's global team of more than 5,000 supports the diverse and complex business units and brands of PepsiCo. He has positioned this organization to be the business capability engine for PepsiCo, fueling performance with business solutions that connect, innovate, transform and sustain PepsiCo's eco-system. A member of the PepsiCo Executive Committee, Mr. Dixon is a strategic partner to all of PepsiCo's business leaders.

Prior to PepsiCo, he was Vice President, Global Business Services Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the world's largest shared services organizations. He founded the company's SAP Global Center of Expertise, which integrated scores of systems into a single SAP platform. He was a five year member of P&G's Global Business Council of top executives and diversity advisor to the CEO.

Mr. Dixon is a member of two industry groups: The CIO Strategy Exchange, which is a small network of Senior IT Executives that follow industry trends and best practices and IT Senior Management Forum, which is dedicated to fostering the career growth of African American executives.

He is a native of Atlanta and earned his degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he serves on the President's Advisory Board.

Mr. Dixon is based in Plano, Texas.

CEO, Pepsi Beverages Company

Eric J. Foss is Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC), which represents 75 percent of PepsiCo's beverage business in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. PBC employs more than 70,000 people focused on making, selling, servicing and delivering Pepsi beverages and third-party allied brands.

Prior to the merger of Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) with PepsiCo, Eric served as PBG's Chairman and CEO, having been named CEO and elected to the PBG Board of Directors in July 2006 and elevated to PBG's Chairman in October 2008.

Mr. Foss served as PBG's Chief Operating Officer from September 2005 to July 2006. He was named President, PBG North America in 2001 and, prior, served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of PBG North America beginning in 2000. He joined PBG as Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales and Field Marketing in 1999 when the company was spun off from PepsiCo in an Initial Public Offering.

Mr. Foss joined Pepsi-Cola Company in 1982 and held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in the areas of sales, marketing and general management in the field and at headquarters. In 1990, Mr. Foss was named Vice President, Retail Strategy for Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA). From 1994 to 1996, he served as General Manager of PCNA's Great West Business Unit. In 1996, he was named General Manager of Pepsi-Cola's Central Europe business.

Mr. Foss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of UDR, Inc. and on the Industry Affairs Council of the Grocery Manufacturers of America.

Mr. Foss is based in Somers, New York.

Richard Goodman Photo

Executive Vice President, PepsiCo Global Operations

Richard Goodman is the Executive Vice President of PepsiCo's Global Operations, including information systems, global procurement, global concentrate operations and sustainability.

Mr. Goodman was Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo from 2006 to March 2010, at which time he stepped down as part of a planned succession process as he approached the age of 62.

He joined PepsiCo in 1992 as Vice President Corporate Strategic Planning- International. He was subsequently CFO of both KFC International and Taco Bell, which were previously a part of PepsiCo. Mr. Goodman has also served as PepsiCo's General Auditor and head of Risk Management for PepsiCo. From 2001 to 2003, he was CFO of PepsiCo's international beverage business, and from 2003 to 2006 he was CFO of PepsiCo International, encompassing all of PepsiCo's businesses outside North America.

Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. Goodman was with Citibank and then W.R. Grace & Co. in a variety of global CFO roles. He has a BA, MA and PhD in English and an MBA in Finance, all from Columbia University.

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Pepsi Beverages Company

Thomas (Tom) Greco was appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Pepsi Beverages Company. Prior to this role he was Executive Vice President Sales for North America Beverages where he coordinated sales-related activities for the full portfolio of North America Beverages.

He was previously President - Global Sales, a position he held since August 2006. In this position, he was accountable for selling PepsiCo's portfolio of leading beverages, snacks and foods to customers across all retail channels. He was also responsible for driving PepsiCo's successful "Power of One" Cross Divisional Sales Strategy and leveraging the combined strengths and capabilities of all its businesses under a unified approach to customers.

Mr. Greco began his career with PepsiCo in Canada in 1986. He has held a variety of positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management, including Region Vice President - Midwest, President of Hostess Frito-Lay Canada and Senior Vice President of Sales for Frito-Lay North America.

Mr. Greco was previously employed by Procter & Gamble.

He received a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario, Canada and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. He serves on the Board of the St. Mark's Hockey Association and is the Co-Chair for the Food Marketing Institute's Associate Member Advisor Board.

Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, PepsiCo

Julie Hamp is Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, PepsiCo, a position she has held since December 2007. Ms. Hamp has global responsibility for PepsiCo's external and internal communications - including corporate communications, media relations, consumer affairs, marketing communications and digital media. She also leads communications strategies advancing PepsiCo's unique commitment to sustainable growth, called Performance with Purpose.

Before joining PepsiCo, she was Vice President, Communications for General Motors' European region. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, she was responsible for media relations, internal communications, brand publicity and corporate communications, partnering with GM leaders in 27 countries.

Prior positions within GM included General Director, Communications for Latin America, Africa and the Middle East; General Director for GM's brands in North America; and Vice President, Communications, Saturn. During her tenure at GM, she covered communications in all areas of the business, including engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing communications.

She holds a B.S. in Communications from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Her post-graduate studies include participation in Harvard Business School's Executive Development Program. She sits on the Board of Directors of The Ad Council and Purchase College. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the Arthur W. Page Society.

Ms. Hamp is based in Purchase, N.Y.

Chief Financial Officer, PepsiCo

Hugh Johnston is Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo, a position he has held since March 2010. He was previously Executive Vice President, PepsiCo Global Operations, where he ran the post-merger integration efforts for PepsiCo's bottler transactions with Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiAmericas, and was responsible for PepsiCo's Global Procurement and Business Information Systems (BIS) functions and Worldwide Concentrate Operations.

While running PepsiCo's namesake beverage business as President of Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages (PCNAB), Mr. Johnston oversaw its strategic direction and P&L performance with direct accountability for sales, franchise management, field marketing and operations. During his tenure, he positioned the portfolio of PCNAB products to be competitive in the marketplace, and has built productive relationships with 91 independent franchise bottlers. He began working at PepsiCo in 1987, and has held numerous M&A, finance and strategy positions in PepsiCo Corporate, and with our Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola divisions.

As Executive Vice President of Operations for PepsiCo in 2005, he was responsible for PepsiCo's Global Transformation, Supply Chain, Procurement and Information Technology functions. Prior to that role, he was Chief Financial Officer, PepsiCo Beverages & Foods and Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for PepsiCo.

Mr. Johnston graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, and from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Finance.

Mehmood Khan, M.D., is Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer for PepsiCo, a position he has held since joining PepsiCo in 2008. Dr. Khan's primary responsibility is to guide the company's long-term research strategy and agenda for business opportunities. He provides global leadership and support to R&D for all PepsiCo divisions in the areas of enterprise research planning, R&D portfolio management, next generation technologies, nutritional standards, food safety and regulation, and quality assurance.

Dr. Khan previously served as President of Takeda Pharmaceuticals Global Research and Development Center. He built the company's U.S. Medical Affairs and Global Medical Affairs functions, and helped develop the strong, scientific basis for launching the company's major products as President of U.S. and European drug development.

As an M.D. with specialties in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Dr. Khan has extensive academic and clinical experience. He also served at the Mayo Clinic until 2003 as the Director of the Diabetes, Endocrinology and Nutrition Clinical Trial Unit and as Consultant Physician in Endocrinology. Dr. Khan spent six years with the Department of Food, Sciences and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota. He also served as division chief of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition at one of the main teaching hospitals of the University of Minnesota Medical School.

Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from the University of Liverpool Medical School, England, and completed a fellowship in clinical endocrinology in the Department of Medicine, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He has also served on numerous state and national committees of the American Diabetes Association, the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. Additionally, Dr. Khan held several visiting professorships and has published extensively. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors, New York Academy of Sciences.

Jaya Kumar is President of Quaker Foods & Snacks, the $2 billion operating unit of PepsiCo, and the company's flagship global health and wellness portfolio. In this position, Mr. Kumar leads the Chicago-based foods and snacks business for brands such as industry-leader Quaker hot cereals and Chewy granola bars, Cap'n Crunch, Life and Quaker Oatmeal Squares ready-to-eat cereals, Aunt Jemima mixes and syrups, Rice-A-Roni and Near East side dishes, and Quaker's lite snacks business. He was appointed to his current position in October 2009.

Prior to his Quaker appointment, Mr. Kumar served in several key marketing leadership posts within PepsiCo's Frito-Lay North America division since joining in 2005. Mr. Kumar most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Frito-Lay North America, responsible for marketing, innovation and customer sales for the company's largest operating unit. In this role, he transformed the marketing agenda and key organizational capabilities driving innovation by integrating customer sales, marketing and R&D functions. Under his leadership, the division launched the ground-breaking Crash the Super Bowl consumer promotion for Doritos, which engaged consumers in creating their own television advertisements that aired on the NFL's Super Bowl. One of those consumer-created entries took top spot on the USA Today Ad Meter in 2009, and earned the $1 million prize that came with that honor from Frito-Lay. Mr. Kumar held the positions of Vice President of Consumer Strategy, Insights and Growth and Group Vice President of Insights, Innovation and Shopper Marketing prior to his post as Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining PepsiCo's Frito-Lay, Mr. Kumar had 18 years of international and domestic brand management and sales experience at consumer goods companies such as Kraft Foods.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sciences in Bangalore, India, and received his Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India.

Massimo F. d'Amore is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Beverages Americas, PepsiCo's beverage brand company for the Americas, which focuses on the consumer through cutting-edge beverage innovation, R&D and marketing.

PepsiCo Beverages Americas has a beverage portfolio including Pepsi-Cola North America, Gatorade, Tropicana, all of PepsiCo's Latin American beverage businesses and PepsiCo's North America Food Service division. Massimo has led the beverage brand business for the Americas since November 2007.

Since 1995, Mr. d'Amore has held several positions within PepsiCo, including Executive Vice President, Commercial for PepsiCo International; President, Latin America Region; and SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development for PepsiCo. Mr. d'Amore was also Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Pepsi-Cola International in addition to Business Unit General Manager, Turkey/Central Asia.

Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. d'Amore had a 15-year international career with Procter & Gamble in Operations, Marketing and General Management in Europe and North Africa.

Mr. d'Amore is an engineering graduate from the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Lausanne, where he also earned a Master of Science Degree in Materials Science and a post Graduate Degree in Developing Countries. He is on the Board of Directors and Steering Committee for Groupe d'Ouchy.

He was recently awarded a citation by the New York State Assembly for receiving the Burke Award, which acknowledged his sponsorship of PepsiCo's employee diversity network that helps cultivate a more inclusive environment for people with different abilities. In 2009 he was honored by the National Italian American Foundation with its Business Leader of the Year Award.

Mr. d'Amore is a native of Italy. He is fluent in English, Italian and French and has a working command of Spanish and German.

Tim Minges is Chairman, PepsiCo China. Mr. Minges is responsible for PepsiCo's food and beverage businesses in Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN and Pakistan.

Before he assumed his current role, Mr. Minges was General Manager, PepsiCo International - Asia Pacific Business Unit.

Mr. Minges joined PepsiCo in 1983 as Control Project Analyst for Frito-Lay North America. He held various other positions within Frito-Lay including Finance Manager and National Sales Development Officer, and eventually became Area Vice President.

From there, he began working internationally for Frito-Lay, starting as General Manager - Thailand. Mr. Minges was then promoted to Area Vice President - ASEAN and Managing Director - China. In 1999, he assumed the Presidency for Frito-Lay International - Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. Minges worked in several accounting functions at Great Western Sugar and Alexander Grant.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in 1980. He is a member of the board of directors of Calbee Foods Co. Ltd., in Japan; Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc.; and International Juice and Dairy in Dubai.

Luis Montoya is currently the President of the Latin America Beverages Division of PepsiCo Americas Beverages. Mr. Montoya is in charge of PepsiCo's total beverage business and all related disciplines in Latin America and is accountable for the division's strategic direction and financial performance. He has been in this position since 2007.

Previously, Mr. Montoya was the Business Unit General Manager for Northern Latin American Beverages (Nola), which includes all of the Caribbean, Central American and part of South America including Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Bolivia.

Mr. Montoya is an 18-year PepsiCo veteran with extensive experience in different Latin American beverage markets. Mr. Montoya started his career in 1991 as Market Manager for Peru and Ecuador. He was then promoted to General Manager for Central America based in Guatemala City. Two years later, he moved to Mexico as Franchise Vice President. In 2000 he assumed the responsibility for Central American and the Caribbean, and was subsequently promoted to his role for Nola.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. Montoya worked for Procter & Gamble in Peru for five years in different marketing positions.

He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Católica del Peru and a Master of Business Administration from the Krannert School at Purdue University. Mr. Montoya also serves in the Board of Directors of the Pepsi Cola Venezuela joint venture. He has participated in several PepsiCo International-wide task forces and has been involved in developing Franchise capability since 1997.

Between February 2000 and April 2001, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Between 1996 and 1999, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development.

Before joining PepsiCo in 1994, Mrs. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri, a Zurichbased industrials company. She was part of the top management team responsible for the company's U.S. business as well as its worldwide industrial businesses, representing about $10 billion of ABB's $30 billion in global sales.

Between 1986 and 1990, Mrs. Nooyi worked for Motorola, where she was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, having joined the company as the business development executive for its automotive and industrial electronic group. Prior to Motorola, she spent six years directing international corporate strategy projects at The Boston Consulting Group. Her clients ranged from textiles and consumer goods companies to retailers and specialty chemicals producers. Mrs. Nooyi began her career in India, where she held product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and at Mettur Beardsell, Ltd., a textile firm.

In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of U.S.-China Business Council, U.S.-India Business Council, The Consumer Goods Forum, Catalyst, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Peterson Institute for International Economics and Grocery Manufacturers Association. She is also a Successor Fellow of Yale Corporation and was appointed to the U.S.-India CEO Forum by the Obama Administration.

She holds a BS from Madras Christian College, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University. Mrs. Nooyi is married and has two daughters.

Pedro Padierna is the President, Sabritas/CariCam for PepsiCo Americas Foods. Mr. Padierna assumed this position in November 2007.

A 21-year Sabritas veteran, he served previously as Commercial Vice President for Mexico and Vice President of National Sales. Pedro joined the company in 1987 as VP of Marketing and R&D.

Before joining PepsiCo, Mr. Padierna worked for the Mexican Ministry of Tourism, Banamex (Citibank Mexico) and Procter & Gamble.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City from which he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Padierna was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship.

As the Senior Vice President, Chief Global Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Ron Parker is responsible for directing PepsiCo's Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and its efforts in becoming the premier company of the 21st century. Mr. Parker assumed this position in 2007.

He also chairs the PepsiCo Global Diversity and Inclusion Governance Council and its Ethnic Advisory Boards. The Council and Boards explore diversity and inclusion insights, consolidate functional initiatives, share best practices and track execution progress and results.

Prior to his latest position, Mr. Parker served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo North America. In that role, Mr. Parker was responsible for all human resource programs related to such things as succession planning, organizational capability, labor relations and human capital maximization. In over 27 years at PepsiCo, Mr. Parker has worked in beverages and snack foods as well as in corporate positions.

Mr. Parker began his career as Assistant to the Vice President at American Quasar Petroleum, and then moved to the staff of Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, as Assistant Director of Athletics in charge of national recruitment. He then joined the Western Company of North America, where he focused on national recruitment and employee development. Mr. Parker then joined Pepsi-Cola Bottling as Human Resources Manager and went on to hold a variety of Human Resources positions.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University, where he now serves on the International Board of Visitors and the Board of Trustees. He is also a board member of the Executive Leadership Council, Baylor Regional Medical Center – Plano, The Heart Hospital of Plano (a Baylor affiliate) and the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

Jose Luis Prado is President, Gamesa/Quaker, where he is responsible for over 10,000 employees. Gamesa-Quaker is a unit of PepsiCo with nearly $1 billion in sales and is the leader in the Mexican biscuits market. He has been in this position since 2002.

He began his career with PepsiCo in 1984 with Sabritas, and subsequently began to work for PepsiCo Foods International in Dallas. Mr. Prado then returned to Sabritas in 1990 as Vice President of Sales. In 1993, he was transferred to Spain as Vice President of Finance, for the Matutano business unit and in 1994 was promoted to President for Frito-Lay Snacks Caribbean. He then became President of PepsiCo Snacks Argentina/Uruguay. Then Mr. Prado was named Area Vice President for Frito-Lay International (FLI), where he was in charge of the operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Colombia. In addition to these responsibilities, he led the integration of Quaker business into FLI in Latin America as a result of a merger of PepsiCo with the Quaker Oats Company worldwide.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude) from the National Polytechnical Institute. Mr. Prado also has a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Iberoamericana University in Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. He received the High Performance Leadership Award from Matutano in 1994.

Vivek Sankaran is Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Development, a position he has held since January 2009. In this role, he is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of PepsiCo. He leads a global team that is charged with identifying profitable growth avenues, building new institutional capabilities, and executing acquisitions and partnerships.

Most recently, Mr. Sankaran was appointed to lead the company’s Nutrition Center of Excellence. As dairy, grains, fruits and vegetables are among the fastest growing categories in both the developed and developing economies, the company’s goal is to grow the current $10 billion business to $30 billion over the next decade. Under Mr. Sankaran’s leadership, this business is focused on identifying new growth opportunities by extending existing nutrition brands and leveraging PepsiCo’s distinctive capabilities in food science, distribution and agriculture. Mr. Sankaran serves on the PepsiCo Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining, Mr. Sankaran was a partner at McKinsey and Company, one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms. He served a number of Fortune 100 companies with a focus on retail and high-tech. He co-led the firm’s North American purchasing and supply management practice and was on the leadership team of the North American retail practice. Before he joined McKinsey, Mr. Sankaran worked as a service engineer for Xerox and a manufacturing engineer for Bekaert, a global wire manufacturer.

Mr. Sankaran has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, a master's degree in Manufacturing from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai.

Larry Thompson is Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary for PepsiCo. Since October 2004, Mr. Thompson has been responsible for PepsiCo's worldwide legal function, as well as its government affairs organization and The PepsiCo Foundation, the company's philanthropic arm.

Mr. Thompson previously served as a Senior Fellow with The Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. His government career includes serving in the U.S. Department of Justice as Deputy Attorney General and leading the Department's National Security Coordination Council. Mr. Thompson has also chosen to head the Corporate Fraud Task Force, where he led, among others, the Justice Department's ongoing Enron investigation.

Previously, Mr. Thompson was a partner in the Atlanta, Ga., law firm of King & Spalding, where he practiced in the Antitrust and Litigation Departments. Mr. Thompson also served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, where he directed the Southern Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and served on the Attorney General's Economic Crime Council. He was appointed Independent Counsel for the Department of Housing and Urban Development Investigation by the Special Panel of U.S. Circuit Court Judges appointed by the U.S. Supreme Court. He was also selected by the U.S. Congress to chair the Judicial Review Commission on Foreign Asset Control.

Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Culver-Stockton College, a Master of Arts from Michigan State University, and a law degree from the University of Michigan. In 2004, he added another chapter to his academic career by serving as a visiting professor of law at the University of Georgia Law School. Mr. Thompson serves on the boards of various Franklin, Templeton and Mutual Series Funds, the United Negro College Fund and the National Center for State Courts. He is also an elected Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. Mr. Thompson has received several awards including the Edmund Jennings Randolph Award for outstanding contributions to the accomplishment of the Department of Justice's mission; Outstanding Litigator Award from the Federal Bar Association; and the A. T. Walden Award for outstanding accomplishments to the legal profession from the Gate City Bar Association.

Cynthia Trudell was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Personnel Office for PepsiCo in February 2007. Ms. Trudell is responsible for PepsiCo's global human resources function.

Prior to assuming this position, she was president of Sea Ray Group from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Trudell served as a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors from January 2000 until February 2007, when she resigned to accept PepsiCo's top Human Resources role.

Ms. Trudell previously served as General Motors' (GM) vice president, and chairman and president of Saturn Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of GM. When she joined GM, she held various engineering and manufacturing supervisory roles including plant manager at the Wilmington Assembly Center in Delaware. Ms. Trudell was also president of IBC Vehicles in Luton, England, a joint venture between General Motors and Isuzu. She began her career with the Ford Motor Company as a chemical process engineer.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, in 1974 and a doctorate in Physical Chemistry at the University of Windsor, Ontario in 1978. Ms. Trudell received the following honorary degrees: Doctor of Laws from the University of Windsor; Doctor of Science from Ryerson University; Doctor of Science from the University of New Brunswick and a Doctor of Science from Acadia University. Ms. Trudell has also been a director of The Pepsi Bottling Group since May 2008.

Olivier Weber is the President of PepsiCo's South America Foods division, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and other key markets. He has held this position since December, 2007.

Mr. Weber was previously General Manager of SOLA (Brazil & South Cone) Foods and Beverages and General Manager of PepsiCo Brazil. Mr. Weber has also served as General Manager of both Venezuela and of Frito-Lay in the Dominican Republic. He joined PepsiCo in 1994 as a Director of Marketing for Gamesa in Mexico.

Before joining PepsiCo, he held several positions for Nestle in Switzerland as well as in Chile.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialization in Business Administration from Fribourg University. A Swiss national, Mr. Weber is fluent in French, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He is the recipient of a 2001 Donald M. Kendall Award, which recognizes and honors PepsiCo International's top performing teams.

Mr. Weber is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
